Villa Solitaire is distributed over four floors with a floor-to-ceiling glass façade to maximise the panoramic views and bring lots of natural light into the interiors. The façade is also a piece of structural engineering with crossed steel tension cables attached to cantilevers on the edge of two darker slabs between the upper floor and the lower floor providing support and a sunscreen at the same time.
The living areas are on the ground floor and open onto infinity terraces, the swimming pools, and Mediterranean gardens. This floor also features two other living areas, a dining area, a main kitchen and satellite prep kitchen with a bar and wine cellar.
The bedrooms are housed on the first floor, all with their own private bathrooms and terraces. Above this floor is a magnificent rooftop terrace featuring an open-air cinema and jacuzzi.
On the lower basement floor there is a video art installation as well as a private botanical “Zen Garden”, a gym/fitness room with treatment facilities, sauna, and a Turkish bath. Plus, a large garage with six parking spaces and an independent staff area with two bedrooms and separate parking. A glass platform elevator connects each floor.
The interiors have been decorated with a mixture of unique bespoke furniture by the Italian design house, Nilufar, together with other high-end brands including Minotti and Poliform.
