Another trophy sale has been confirmed at the tallest residential development on Hyde Park – The Bryanston, this time it’s one of the sought-after homes which has a south facing terrace.

Apartment 10.02 is a 2,933-square-foot lateral apartment on the 10^th floor of the building. The exact details of the sale remain confidential however it represents another c. £6,000 per square foot sale at The Bryanston following the sale of an apartment on the 14^th floor last month.

Cameron Gardens drew inspiration for the planting from Hyde Park, incorporating native species, while outdoor furniture (sourced from a range of international designers) has a timeless neutral and natural colour palette so as not to detract from the views and allow residents to add their own personality.
