A pair of penthouse in London's Isle of Dogs have hit the market this month for just under £4 million apiece.
Occupying the 44th and 45th floors of Baltimore Tower, Each apartment spans 2,622 square feet and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an additional study or fourth bedroom.
The piece-de-resistance of the penthouses are the curved terraces which overlook Canary Wharf, Greenwich and offer vast panoramic views of London.
Located close to Canary Wharf, the 450-foot-tall tower was designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the architectural and planning firm behind Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower. The penthouses have panoramic views over the River Thames and the entirety of London.
The interior of the penthouse has been designed by Nicola Fontanella and her team at Argent Design, who drew inspiration from the home’s city views.
"We have used a lot of natural finishes and water-like colors in the apartment," says Nicola. "There is an overwhelming sense of volume and space that you get when entering the penthouse and it was important to us not to diminish this."
"The building has sold incredibly well and it’s great to finally see it come to life as a new destination and landmark building on London’s skyline," sadds David Galman, director of sales, at developer Galliard Homes, the selling agent.
"The docklands remain a popular choice for buyers and the penthouses here offer one of the best views of London I have ever seen."
