Our firm was established to help people to buy property around the world. Starting with helping you to find the property that you’re looking for (we currently have access to more than 100,000 property listings, through our private network), along with providing easy, and mostly free, access to all the services that you will need to complete the purchase. This includes arranging a mortgage, opening a local bank account, foreign exchange, insurance to cover the mortgage or the property, and access to our network of English speaking lawyers and accountants.

Each country is different and offers different opportunities to people buying real estate, so one of the first conversations that we will have with a client is about tax planning and how to structure the ownership of the property. Quite often, very simple changes can make enormous differences to investment yields and your quality of life.

With a background in international financial services, Dylan helped clients all over the world with personal & corporate tax advice, financial planning and portfolio management. While running a successful financial services firm in London, Dylan also owned an international mortgage brokerage since 2001, and an international real estate agency since 2009. All this experience has been used to develop and grow the Worldwide Property Company.
