Verdin Property is a leading luxury real estate agency based 500 meters from the world-famous Puente Romano resort, primarily serving the super prime areas of Marbella and Benahavis. Specialising in properties above 1 million euros, the team is often seen in the affluent regions of The Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucia, Puerto Banus, La Zagaleta and La Quinta.

Established in 2016 by Tyler and Dean Verdin, Verdin Property holds a well-respected position among local agencies, as well as their own clients, as being very straightforward, trustworthy and easygoing.

With over 30 years of expertise in real estate both in Spain and the UK, Dean is the Co-Owner and Sales Director of Verdin Property and well versed in the Marbella areas from Elviria to Guadalmina.

Tyler is also the Co-Owner and Marketing Director, handling all company marketing, both on social media and through email campaigns and keeping the company website up-to-date and user-friendly.

Whilst Verdin Property has access to over 30,000 properties for sale on the Costa Del Sol at any given time, the dynamic duo believe that ‘quality over quantity’ is the way to go and is not afraid to turn away properties that do not meet their expectations. They also have a solid social media presence, regularly receiving property enquiries via Instagram and LinkedIn.

As Tyler explained back in 2020, ”the reason we started our entire website again was that a high profile client of ours from the USA found a property he really liked the look of, but was unable to find it again a few days later as a mountain of other (not so quality) properties had since been added”. He carries on to say, ”Following the feedback from this client we decided to re-launch the website from start to finish where we only add our hand-picked selection of properties manually to maintain a high level of quality control”.
