Simone de Gale Architects (SGA) is a revolutionary architect’s practice in Belgravia London, whose style is founded on working from a set of theoretical and mathematical principles, developing each project into an exploration of Rhythm, Pattern and Repetition of form and material.  The innovative use of these classical rules of Architecture inform direction, distance, timing and use of Space.  SGA embodies an ethos connecting directly to the original Architect, Nature.

SGA has secured a £200m valued masterplan project redesigning a major part of Tbilisi, Georgia.  As well as securing a large‑scale masterplan project, the company has secured other international projects; from Croatia, to Abu Dhabi, Jamaica, and the USA, as well as developing current opportunities in Ukraine and Armenia.  Other projects include the London Hammersmith Flyunder feasibility, and a patented materials defence technology with the UK Ministry of Defence.  Simone de Gale Architects recently headlined alongside Foster + Partners and Zaha Hadid Architects at the inaugural Architecture of the Future Conference in Kyiv, Ukraine, when over 1,000 delegates were in attendance for her keynote on innovative architectural practices in Construction.

The company has four primary divisions:

Masterplanning - Developing masterplan projects for Clients in the UK and Internationally.  Typically, these will be mixed use development scheme, with a strong focus on either residential, or commercial centres. Project range 200,000sq.ft NIA - 6,000,000sq.ft NIA.

Architecture - High end multiple residential schemes (50+ units), commercial office buildings (10+ storeys), luxury car showrooms (for brands as Bentley and Maserati), five-star hotels (100+ room), super-prime dwelling units (in Belgravia, Knightsbridge & Chelsea).

Interiors - Superprime residential interiors and commercial workplace (Cat A and Cat B fit outs).  Retail spaces through internal fit out in locations such as Marylebone, Hyde Park and Chelsea, overseeing the project inception to completion, and project management.

Innovation - A patented materials processing technique which enables a wide range of materials to increase its resistance to blast and pressure wave by twice as much.  Bringing the technology to market through licensing the patents and royalties on sales.
