Our history

In 1984, António Marcela started working in real estate, but it was in 1995 that he decided to open Marcela Properties, a local real estate agency foccusing solely on the Algarve market. With success, Marcela Properties has been growing over the years, bringing a portfolio of more than 400 properties ranging from land to luxury homes.

As there has been a huge increase in the high-end market real estate in the Algarve, António and his son Ruben Marcela have decide to expand and opening Marcela Premium on the Lagos Marina, combining their market expertise with specialization in the luxury segment.
