Devil’s Advocate Actress Charlize Theron Lists LA Home

Actress and film producer Charlize Theron has listed another one of her beautiful homes in Los Angeles with a $5.7m (US $3.75m) price tag.

The 290 square metre abode last changed hands in 2004 for US$3m, meaning Theron won’t be making much of a profit on the sale.

However the 48-year old, who hails from South Africa, made out quite nicely on the sale of her L.A. bungalow in November 2022.

This time around, she’s ready to part with her stylish three-bedroom, 3.5-bath property nestled on just over an acre in the Hollywood Hills.

The Spanish style is strong at this property with the pretty terracotta roof, and there are lofty ceilings with rustic beams, as well as huge windows with views of the hills and valley.

The main gathering spaces include the open-living area, fireplace, dining space, and den. The kitchen comes with a large island with a prep sink and stainless appliances.

The primary bedroom is on the main level and features a private terrace, and features a walk-in glass shower and a soaking tub. Also on the first level are a media room and space for a home office.

Outside, there’s a lagoon-style pool with a spa, lots of lawn for games and pets to play, and a barbecue station. A two-car garage completes the package.

Theron began her career as a model in Europe and later moved to the USA to study ballet. She has acted in a variety of films, including “The Devil’s Advocate,” “Mad Max: Fury Road,” and “Bombshell.”

Theron won the Best Actress Oscar in 2004 for her role as a serial killer in the film “Monster.”
