The impressive 3,500 square foot comprises seven lateral apartments; each one masterfully designed with modern open plan kitchens and luxury contemporary bathrooms.

Thoughtfully restored by boutique developers Godfrey London - complete with ornate high ceilings, imposing fireplaces and original features - CID’s classic interior scheme perfectly complements this gem of a building. The grand Duplex show apartment has been given a feeling of effortless and timeless luxury with the use of sumptuous materials and exclusive finishes.

The design practice also took charge - breathing life into a collection of 10 turnkey apartments in Belsize Lane, creating a stunning feeling of contemporary luxury with the use of on trend finishes and up-to-date styling. The spacious apartments, built by Godfrey London, have individually designed Poggenpohl kitchens and bespoke bathrooms and wardrobes.
