Global luxury real estate brand Christie's International Real Estate is expanding its footprint in the Alps, partnering with brokerage Regent Alps, which serves Les Gets, France, the Portes du Soleil ski region and Haute-Savoie.
Founded in 2023 by Amina Carpentier, Prisca Kempf, Fabrice Mathon and Kevin Jeandin, Regent Alps offers a full suite of real estate services in Les Gets, including luxury sales, property management, and development sales. The multilingual team serves clientele from around the world, many of whom come to visit Portes du Soleil, one of Europe’s largest ski regions, with 600 kms of ski slopes.
Mathon Fabrice and Jeandin Kevin are also the founders of Biotope Immobilier and Aspen Immobilier, respectively, two of the region’s leading real estate developers specialising in the construction of new projects.
Through the Christie’s International Real Estate affiliation, Regent Alps’ agents and clients will enjoy increased exposure for the sale of luxury properties, a global referral network to serve international buyers and sellers, an industry-leading marketing platform and exclusive partnerships, including with Christie’s venerable auction house.
Interest in Les Gets is growing among international buyers, partly due to marketing efforts by the local tourism bureau to reach high-net-worth individuals in Asia and the Middle East. Those initiatives sync up well with Regent Alps’ decision to join Christie’s International Real Estate, according to Amina Carpentier.
“As awareness of our beautiful region continues to grow, aligning with an internationally recognised luxury brand like Christie’s International Real Estate offers an important level of credibility with both local buyer sand those who are beginning to discover the area,” she explains.
Home prices in Les Gets typically range from €9.500 to €14.000 per square meter, with luxury residences commanding up to €16.000 per square meter. Many new apartments or chalets in Les Gets are designed in the historic Alpine chalet style, while renovations tend to add modern elements while preserving existing Alpine architecture.
One such project is Le Nagano, a former hotel in the centre of Les Gets at the foot of the Portes de Soleil ski slopes currently being redeveloped by Biotope Immobilier and Aspen Immobilier into 24 upscale apartments, two restaurants, three shops and Biotope-Aspen and Regent-Christie's agencies. The apartments range from two to six bedrooms and are priced from €1.2 million.
“The team at Regent Alps share Christie’s International Real Estate’s commitment to unmatched client service and discretion, values that have helped establish them as the experts in luxury sales in Les Gets,” said Helena Moyas de Forton, Managing Director, EMEA and APAC for Christie’s International Real Estate. “We look forward to sharing in the team’s success as affiliates of Christie’s International Real Estate.”
Regent Alps complements Christie's International Real Estate’s ongoing growth throughout the Alps. Recently, the brand has added affiliates in French ski destinations including Chamonix, Megève, Saint-Gervais and La Clusaz; in the high-end Swiss resorts of Verbier and St. Moritz; and in Cortina d’Ampezzo, site of the 2026 Winter Olympics. In addition to the Alps, Christie's
International Real Estate represents luxury homes in leading ski destinations worldwide, including Hokkaido prefecture in Japan, and premier United States locations including Aspen, Colorado, Park City, Utah, and Sun Valley, Idaho.
