The duo are believed to be funding the move privately and will pay market rent for the dwelling, which underwent a $2 million renovation back in 2001, before being put on the rental market for $20,300 a month.

The sellers are Dave Keuning, best known as the lead guitarist for the rock band the Killers, and his wife, interior designer Emilie Keuning.

The couple purchased the 43-acre property in June 2024 for $20 million and proceeded to carry out an extensive renovation.

The house, which listed on the market in April, sold for $1.6 million less than its list price.

The epic home is a private palace with over 30,000 square feet, twelve bedrooms, and a whopping twenty baths.
