For the Smrka Bay Resort CEG has planned a number of functional business units, which will share a common urban and design concept and will include: hotel building, pavilions, villas, accompanying catering facilities, service, retail and entertainment facilities, sports and recreational areas. The length of the coast that covers the Smrka Bay Marina harbour is approximately 433m with the size of the port area of 37.000 m². The conceptual solution of the marina is based on the capacity according to spatial plans of the location Nerežišća with 150 berths, and the organization of the harbour, the position and the shape of the breakwater, and the length of the vessels for which the berths are planned are adapted to the natural conditions (depth of sea, wind and flow).
