At the moment, there are several CEG projects situated on the stunning Adriatic coast - each offering spectacular views and unique hospitality, residential and commercial opportunities.
The Magnificent View, Hvar, the winner of the best “Residential Property” and “Residential Development” for Croatia award for the year of 2019, selected by the “International Property Awards” association, is a project inspired by contemporary Mediterranean style and set in an exclusive gated community in city of Hvar. Beautifully set in a tranquil location, sitting atop the old town, with spectacular views of the beach and the remarkable Paklinski islands, the project consists of an intimate collection of seven, individual deluxe four-bedroom suites with pools which reflect the surrounding environment.
Project Coral Residences, Crikvenica, focuses on sophisticated, elegant properties with breath-taking views in a fantastic location. The development consists of four beautiful, luxurious villas, each with its own parking spaces and pool. Each villa has up to four suite bedrooms, a large living area with kitchen and dining, large balconies and a big open space with a pool and barbeque area.
Located on the Dalmatian coast, Hvar has been described as one of the ten most beautiful islands in the world. Lying practically on the shore, the Cala Mina Residences project will consist of ten luxurious apartment buildings that are nestled in peaceful bay Mina. Hvar itself is well connected - close to the International airports in Split and Dubrovnik by coastal ferries and catamarans or private speedboats and there is also the option of arriving directly to Hvar by helicopter.
Looking to the future, The Ichichi Hill Residences project will be located very close to Opatija, a town on the northern coast of the Adriatic Sea - a leading tourist destination in Croatia for hosting concerts, exhibitions, wellness and other cultural and sport events throughout the year. The project consists of apartments and villas and envisages 10 apartment buildings and two suite villas built with high specification equipment and materials.
Located on the South side of Brač, the third largest island in the Adriatic, the Smrka Bay Marina and Resort projects include a part of the coastal area of Smrka bay and the sea area along this coast. For the Smrka Bay Resort CEG has planned a number of functional business units, which will share a common urban and design concept and will include: hotel building, pavilions, villas, accompanying catering facilities, service, retail and entertainment facilities, sports and recreational areas. The length of the coast that covers the Smrka Bay Marina harbour is approximately 433m with the size of the port area of 37.000 m². The conceptual solution of the marina is based on the capacity according to spatial plans of the location Nerežišća with 150 berths, and the organization of the harbour, the position and the shape of the breakwater, and the length of the vessels for which the berths are planned are adapted to the natural conditions (depth of sea, wind and flow).
