Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty has recently announced the sale of One100 Palm Jumeirah. The sale is the most expensive property sold in 2021 at 111.25 million AED. The custom modern contemporary villa was designed by the seller, Michael Alibhai and the upmost care was given to every detail of the design and building. The home was listed by the Managing director at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, Leigh Borg, and the buyers, a Swiss family from Monaco, intend to keep the home as a luxurious retail.

One100 Palm is a 14,000 square foot build on the most sought-after frond on Palm Jumeirah. The interior of the villa has been beautifully designed and includes Bentley & Minotti furniture décor by Louis Vuitton & Hermes and a host of other unique custom-made pieces that were handpicked and sourced from around the globe.
