Blue World Voyages, the first active lifestyle cruise line, is now accepting advance registration for Owners Club residences on-board its first ship, to launch in 2020. Interested buyers will be the first to receive updates and have priority status to purchase the luxury one- and two-bedroom residences aboard the repurposed, completely refurbished 350-guest vessel, designed and styled by top marine design architects, Tomas Tillberg International and acclaimed interior design firm Juan Poggi Designs.

Two full upper decks will be reserved exclusively for Owner Residences. The ship will accommodate between 24 and 40 one- and two-bedroom residences. The two-bedroom residences will be 111.5 square metres each and cost £2,557,000. They will feature a split-level design with a spacious living area that opens to a large balcony. The second level will include master and guest bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes and luxurious bathrooms. The master bedroom will have its own private balcony, which can accommodate an outdoor bed for sleeping under the stars. The one-bedroom residences will be 79 square metres on a single level with private balcony and cost £1,790,000. Owners will have the choice of two styles for their fully-furnished homes: Classic or Contemporary.

All purchasers become shareholders in Blue World Voyages, with share values increasing as the company expands the fleet. Three ships are planned within the next five years. Purchasers also become members of the Blue World Voyages Owners Club, which will provide a variety of exclusive privileges, a sense of community and Board representation with input on ship operations.

Along with enjoying the ship’s public spaces and amenities, owners will have access to two private upper decks which offer a private terrace, lounge and bar, plus a personal concierge, available at all times to assist residences. Owners will be free to use their property as frequently as they wish, enabling them to travel the world and live in one of the healthiest environments possible.

Owners will receive a purchase agreement which contains a 25-year Right of Use and all owners have the option to rent their residence through Blue World Voyages Rental Programme, creating a revenue stream that will cover up to 100% of all maintenance fees.

The sale of the residences in the UK will be handled by Blue World Voyages and international property specialist, Erna Low Lifestyle.
